These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and romabet ("romabet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the romabet website located at romabet.one and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the romabet Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To access the full features of the romabet Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Each individual may hold only one (1) romabet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. romabet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets placed or winnings accrued through such accounts.
romabet may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your romabet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. romabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify romabet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
All transactions on the romabet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). romabet does not currently support transactions in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount on romabet is ₱100. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. romabet does not accept third-party deposits.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. romabet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the romabet account. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes, while bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
romabet is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. romabet reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering or other financial crimes are suspected.
romabet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. romabet reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
romabet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions.
romabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon publication.
All bets placed on the romabet Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming. romabet will not be liable for any errors made by you in placing a bet.
romabet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account. romabet will notify affected players of any voided bets.
romabet may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or across specific game categories. These limits will be communicated within the relevant game or betting market. romabet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any player at its sole discretion.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, romabet reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved. romabet's decision in such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the romabet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the romabet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of romabet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of romabet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, romabet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the romabet Platform.
romabet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. romabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your romabet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
romabet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the romabet Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
romabet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

romabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months.
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account termination.
You may close your romabet account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the romabet Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
romabet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, romabet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
